Manage interview scheduling across multiple calendars
Coordinate and organize candidate feedback
Track requisitions and send regular search updates
Support onboarding processes and coordinate background checks (HireRight)
Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Assist with general recruiting coordination and administrative tasks
Help streamline processes and documentation
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of corporate administrative experience
Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Professional, polished, and able to represent the team effectively
Preferred
HR or recruiting exposure strongly preferred
