Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Attraction and Selection, Compensation, Employee Relations, Records Management, and Benefits and Wellness divisions of the Talent and Culture Team to provide ongoing support, guidance, and value-added services in the areas of talent acquisition and retention; compensation and total rewards; benefits and wellness; talent and performance management; leadership development training and coaching; employee engagement and recognition; and employee relations in compliance with all associated HR laws, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance matters within the scope of the position
Serve as ambassador for organizational culture and lead initiatives that promote a high-performance work environment and best in class employee experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Human Resources or closely related field
Six years of related experience preferably in human resources field
Experience leading employee engagement and culture transformation preferred
Experience managing HRIS with Workday knowledge strongly preferred
Certification in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM SCP) preferred
