Responsibilities
Manage an active caseload of defense litigation matters from intake through resolution
Handle depositions, written discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
Litigate matters involving insurance defense, premises liability, auto and trucking claims, construction defects, subrogation, and coverage disputes
Work directly with a senior partner on each file with full strategic support
Collaborate with experienced paralegal and legal support staff to move cases efficiently
Represent clients in state and federal courts across Ohio
Qualification
Required
5+ years of civil or criminal litigation experience
Active Ohio Bar license in good standing
Proven experience handling depositions and dispositive motions
Ability to manage a high-volume docket with minimal oversight
Strong written, analytical, and courtroom skills
