The role involves ensuring accuracy in billing documentation, supporting financial analysis, and overseeing subcontractor compliance while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Job Cost Tracking & Classification: Accurately classify job costs and track financial performance across original scopes and change orders to maintain data clarity and contract compliance

AIA Billing & Documentation: Prepare AIA billing documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with contract terms and general accounting standards

Project Financial Analysis: Support revenue recognition, WIP schedules, and profitability reviews through timely analysis and collaboration with project and finance teams

Subcontractor Compliance Oversight: Ensure subcontractors meet all billing and compliance standards, including COIs, waivers, and proper documentation

Month-End Close & Journal Entries: Prepare journal entries, reconcile project-level financials, and contribute to a smooth and accurate month-end close process

Reporting & Communication: Deliver reports with accuracy and timeliness, and partner with stakeholders across operations and project teams to support decision-making and problem-solving
