Required

Proficiency in Operations Management and demonstrated Analytical Skills to streamline processes and problem-solve effectively
Team Management capabilities and a proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams toward common goals
Experience with Budgeting and cost management to ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence
Strong Customer Service skills to maintain and improve guest satisfaction and uphold the brand's reputation for hospitality
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Holds team members accountable to all Chick-fil-A standards, policies and procedures; ensures fair disciplinary action
Assists and supports on all team member, team lead, and director development
Leads restaurant food safety initiatives in accordance with Ecosure and Tulsa Health Department expectations
Minimum age: 21
Proficient in cash handling procedures
Minimum 2 years of management experience (restaurant experience preferred)
Excellent People and Communication Skills
Team Player
Experience with percentage based labor tracking
ServeSafe certified

Preferred

2+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
