Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer experiences to build brand loyalty through greeting visitors and building relationships with guests
Serve wines in accordance with Tierra Sur training and standards
Handle high volume wine and merchandise transactions
Present the benefits of Wine Club programs and contribute to its growth
Ensure smooth daily operations, including effective communication, managing traffic flow, and engaging guests
Assist with Wine Club shipments, handling wine case logistics, and meeting sales targets

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a wine tasting room, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail, responsiveness, judgment, and proactive organization and planning skills
Customer service-focused with a professional and courteous demeanor
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
