They are seeking a Business Analyst II who will assist in identifying and mitigating high-risk payment activity across multiple lines of business, leveraging various tools to investigate transaction history and manage mitigation features.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with other security focused business partners to provide information and feedback on account specific investigations
Identify and flag patterns of high-risk activity across accounts to provide insights to team for large-scale mitigation
Provide feedback on processes and tools for further strategic investments
Monitor email / ticket / internal reporting daily to resolve on case-by-case basis
Conduct account research and Fraud Trend Linking across lines of business
Administer account settings and fraud controls
Perform self-guided research and investigation of account activity
Present findings for internal team and business partners
Provide feedback on reporting/rules admin for improved risk exposure
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field--or equivalent work experience
Experience in Payments, Fraud / Risk, Cybersource / Decision Manager, Payment Fraud Platform Operations
Remedial SQL experience
Tableau skills
