Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer regulatory and compliance testing, including standardized evaluations and simulation-based assessments

Maintain secure and efficient testing environments, including proctoring and equipment readiness

Uphold testing integrity by safeguarding content, monitoring sessions, and enforcing protocols

Communicate clearly with students and staff about testing procedures, schedules, and results

Prepare and manage documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

Assist in resolving testing irregularities or appeals in partnership with internal stakeholders

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 3 years in regulatory compliance, testing administration, or educational assessment

Direct experience in a testing center, compliance office, or regulatory environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field

Familiarity with accreditation or government compliance standards in education or technical training

Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and proficiency with testing platforms and office applications

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
