Responsibilities

Verify provider data through frequent outreach and communication with provider partners
Maintain 95%+ accuracy when validating and inputting provider information
Perform timely, high-quality data entry updates within internal provider systems
Ensure all assignments are completed on time with required quality standards
Adhere to moderately complex business rules and workflows
Collaborate effectively within a team environment and build strong business relationships
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to meet and maintain a 95%+ quality rating in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Strong business relationship-building capabilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
