Responsibilities

Develops, compiles, produces and delivers educational materials for department programs and service excellence workshops

Design, develop and maintain eLearning courses company-wide

Manages the Community Line by registering employees and community members for classes

Facilitates the delivery of education programs by ensures learning content matches learning objectives and company values

Facilitates BLS Healthcare Provider courses and skills checks

Produces video presentations for eLearning curriculum from live training sessions

Assists with computer-based learning system, including adding, deleting, or updating computer-based learning modules. Monitors course completion by employees, inputs education information into system. Communicates system changes to management and staff as required
