The role involves managing paid media, optimizing conversion rates, and collaborating closely with sales while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

Own performance from impression to booked call
Manage and optimize paid media on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search & YouTube)
Actively optimize landing pages, forms, and on-page messaging to improve conversion rates
Ensure strong ad-to-page message match across all campaigns
Identify funnel drop-off points and implement improvements across: Ads, Landing pages, Forms and flows, and Follow-up communication (where applicable)
Analyze backend data to understand lead quality and downstream performance
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including: Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Call, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and No-Answer Rate
Continuously test, iterate, and document learnings so performance compounds over time

Required

5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with direct ownership of paid media on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search & YouTube)
Proven experience owning performance from click to booked call or sale — not just traffic or CPL
Demonstrated ability to optimize full funnels, including ads, landing pages, forms, and follow-up flows
Strong working knowledge of CRO with a track record of improving conversion rates and reducing CAC
Highly analytical, with the ability to diagnose funnel breakdowns and clearly explain performance results
Comfortable being accountable to downstream metrics such as Cost Per Call, CAC, show rate, and lead quality
Thrives in a fast-moving, in-house environment with true ownership, execution responsibility, and accountability
