Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day platform support and operational execution across Salesforce and key digital tools to keep teams moving efficiently
Handle foundational Salesforce tasks (data upkeep, basic updates/config changes, user troubleshooting) aligned with global team standards
Support social execution by scheduling/publishing posts and helping manage content on LinkedIn and Instagram
Work cross-functionally with both Marketing and Sales, providing reliable backup support for critical systems to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of relevant experience (or strong internships plus at least one year in a related role) in marketing ops, sales ops, CRM, or digital support
Hands-on, day-to-day Salesforce familiarity
Experience posting on Social Media Platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Microsoft Office; SharePoint or similar CMS/platforms)
Strong documentation skills—able to translate processes into clear, usable guides and workflows
Flexible, service-minded, and comfortable juggling priorities while working onsite full-time in a collaborative, in-office environment
