Qualification
Required
Be fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken)
Hold a Texas law license in good standing
Have 2 + years of immigration law experience with proven mastery in: Removal Defense at Immigration Court and the BIA, Legal Research and Brief Writing, Immigration Court Advocacy Based in Strong Legal Research, Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture, Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B), U-Visas, Adjustment of Status (Green Cards), Consular Processing, Naturalization, DACA, EADs, Advanced Parole requests, I-751s
Successfully communicate and delegate tasks to legal support teams
Possess superior writing skills and persuasive legal arguments
Be tech-savvy and detail-obsessed (you spot errors others miss)
Thrive in high-stakes settings like courtrooms and interviews
Have a proven track record of winning cases
