They are seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with business users, conduct analysis, develop specifications, and provide training and support for system enhancements.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to understand and document requirements
Conduct fit-gap analysis to align business needs
Develop functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements
Prepare test plans and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
Resolve issues identified during testing and post-production support
Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and system enhancements
Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries and issues promptly
Assist in the preparation of user manuals and documentation
Assist in project planning, including timelines and resource allocation
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes
Ensure compliance with change management procedures and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
