Responsibilities

Design, configure, integrate, test, release, maintain, support, and troubleshoot enterprise Mail and MDM services
Work cooperatively with Federal and Contractor Service Desk, Incident Management Center, Desktop Engineering, Executive Help Engineering, Application Hosting, and Infrastructure Engineering teams to ensure successful customer service, resolution, restoration, provisioning, and availability of Mail and MDM services
Manage incident requests and service restorations based on urgency, impact, priority, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including assessment, assignment, queue monitoring, resolution, and closure
Coordinate change and release activities for Mail and MDM services, functions, patches, and upgrades in production, including design, architecture, configuration, staffing, scheduling, impact and risk analysis, approvals, communications, testing, implementation, monitoring, and operations
Ensure timely fulfillment of Mail and MDM service requests, including role-based access, permissions, specialized communications, distribution groups, availability, and functionality
Follow critical incident, event, problem, configuration, and change management processes to troubleshoot and restore services impacted by outages or defects
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, applying workarounds and permanent resolutions in collaboration with Application Hosting, Infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors
Assess security vulnerabilities and incidents, and collaborate with team members to implement patches, upgrades, and email-blocking remediation to reduce threats and risks
Assess and report on system performance, access, licensing, and capacity, and recommend improvements
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation supporting enterprise Mail and MDM services
Manage and report on daily operations, driving deliverables, stakeholder communications, risk management, and status reporting
Create, update, and maintain system designs, architectures, data profiles, licenses, support agreements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and knowledge articles

Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, release, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Intune with Apple Business Manager
Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, release, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Azure
Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, release, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Office Suite
Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, release, maintenance, and support of Outlook applications
Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, release, maintenance, and support of OneDrive for Business
Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, release, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Security & Compliance
Minimum 8 years of experience supporting Enterprise Messaging Services
Microsoft O365 certification or equivalent
Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred

Ability to maintain effective customer relationships and workload/portfolio management with Federal leadership, contractor leadership, and end users
Highly cohesive team member who acts as a change agent while serving as a technical consultant
Microsoft O365 certification or equivalent (if not already held)
