Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of nurses, LPNs, and nursing assistants
Oversee and update individualized resident care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes
Support compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care
Communicate openly with residents and families to build trust and provide updates
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
Qualification
Required
Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred (Charge Nurse or similar role counts)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
A collaborative, team-first mindset and a commitment to resident dignity
Preferred
Skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior care background a plus
