Digital Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to online inquiries and call-in leads via phone, text, and email
Educate prospects on Epcon communities, floor plans, lifestyle offerings, promotions, and the appointment process
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with Sales Consultants
Re-engage inactive prospects through outbound phone and email outreach
Manage all leads, prospects, and buyers within Epcon’s CRM and sales systems
Track and report conversion metrics to support sales performance
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry conditions
Monitor CRM and call-tracking platforms to ensure data integrity
Proactively troubleshoot system issues in partnership with IT and software vendors
Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, templates, and CRM updates
Perform CRM maintenance and data clean-up as needed
Enter and maintain MLS listings, including photos, pricing updates, and status changes

Required

Proven success as an Online Sales Counselor (homebuilding experience strongly preferred)
Experience with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and call analytics platforms
Strong understanding of structured sales processes and lead qualification
High sense of urgency with consistent follow-up habits
Customer-service driven with excellent phone presence
Process-oriented, detail-focused, strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Hybrid position with 10% travel (two in-person visits to each region annually, plus annual conferences)
Regular schedule is Saturday through Wednesday; weekend availability required
Sedentary work environment with extended computer and phone use
Valid driver's license required
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
