Responsibilities

Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to enterprise prospects
Execute outbound campaigns using approved messaging frameworks
Follow up on outbound and low-to-mid intent responses to drive engagement
Book introductory meetings where appropriate, following escalation guidelines
Serve as the first point of engagement for inbound or responsive outbound leads
Respond promptly and professionally to expressions of interest
Gather high-level qualification information (role, use case, urgency, context)
Escalate any lead showing material potential to the Business Development Manager
Avoid unsupervised deep technical, pricing, or strategic discussions
Log all outreach, inbound responses, and follow-up actions accurately
Maintain clean, organized records of contacts and engagement status
Provide regular reporting on activity levels, engagement quality, and escalations
Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers prior to outreach
Prepare brief account summaries to support escalated conversations
Assist with call preparation and follow-up notes for senior-led discussions
Capture objections, questions, and buyer language from outreach activity
Share insights to improve messaging, targeting, and qualification criteria
Learn how early engagement feeds into longer enterprise sales cycles
Work under direct guidance of the Business Development Manager
Coordinate with technical or product resources when instructed
Receive structured coaching on enterprise sales professionalism and judgment
