They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join their Personal Injury team, responsible for providing comprehensive litigation support throughout all stages of personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive litigation support for personal injury cases from intake through trial

Draft, file, and manage legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses

Organize, review, and summarize medical records and other case-related documents

Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders

Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met

Conduct factual and legal research as needed

Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner
