Workforce Development Program Coordinator
Washington Filmworks is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the film industry in Washington State. They are seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to oversee workforce development programming, ensuring smooth operations of current programs and the successful launch of new initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all current and future FWD programs and initiatives
In concert with FWD and Operations staff, develop and implement engagement, enrollment, review, assessment, tracking, and data recording systems and tools
Organize and maintain program documentation and track data and outcomes, maintaining accurate records and generating regular reports
In collaboration with FWD staff, develop and maintain program operations manuals
In collaboration with FWD staff, build, maintain, and track FWD projects and programs
Coordinate logistics and provide support for annual FWD in-person events
Active participation in ongoing and iterative program development and research, including regularly collaborating with staff, participants, and partners
In collaboration with staff and stakeholders, regularly develop, assess, and refine processes and resources to increase efficiency, equity, impact, inclusivity, and access
As needed, facilitate sessions online or in-person, which may include info sessions, roundtable discussions, partner meetings, and training sessions
As needed, participate in community engagement, including staffing kick-off events, focus groups, and general outreach -- which may fall outside of regular hours
Qualification
Required
Experience in workforce development and/or program administration
Exceptional project management skills, including a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Advanced aptitude for analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple sources in order to innovate, adjust, report out
Advanced skills with everyday tech (Google Suite; MS Office, including Excel; DropBox) and adaptable to newer tools (Airtable, Asana, FillOut)
Ability to accurately maintain and produce documents, presentations, and reports in multiple formats and to a high standard
Ability to work independently and dependably, while meeting deadlines
Ability to manage competing priorities, while remaining responsive and communicative
Facilitation skills, both online and in-person
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building trust and rapport with people from diverse and intersecting cultural identities
Coachability, and a desire to engage in candid two-way feedback
Drive to meet both relational and operational goals

Film and television experience is helpful, but NOT required
