Responsibilities

Manage all phases of a mass tort docket, from intake through resolution

Track and meet critical litigation deadlines

Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants supporting your docket

Follow and improve upon existing case management processes and procedures

Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates and resolve issues

Analyze medical records and relevant case documents

Review all pleadings, motions, and filings before submission to the court or opposing counsel

Collaborate with other law firms and stakeholders involved in litigation

Identify trends within your docket and recommend process improvements

Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance case outcomes and efficiency
