Responsibilities
Perform crash and safety simulations using LS-DYNA
Prepare and modify CAE decks/models using ANSA
Post-process and analyze results using Meta-Post
Evaluate crash results and provide countermeasures to meet safety targets
Work closely with design and test engineers to support vehicle development
Prepare simulation reports and technical documentation
Communicate analysis results clearly using proper engineering terminology
Qualification
Required
5–15 years of experience as a CAE Analyst in the crash domain
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with LS-DYNA, ANSA, and Meta-Post
Strong experience in crash, safety, and impact simulations
Good understanding of NCAP, IIHS regulations, and internal safety standards
Ability to analyze results and recommend design improvements
Excellent communication skills
