Responsibilities
Support Burgess Inspections' growth by proactively building relationships and generating new opportunities
Make lead generation calls
Connect with prospective partners and clients
Attend networking events
Help communicate the value of our inspection services
Collaborate with our marketing team to support lead generation efforts
Keep relationships strong through consistent follow-up and communication
Coordinate and schedule home inspections with accuracy and professionalism
Manage the inspection calendar
Communicate with clients to find appointment times that work
Ensure any updates or changes are handled quickly and clearly
Serve as a helpful point of contact for scheduling questions and general service inquiries
Assist with administrative support as needed
Data entry
Record keeping
Helping improve processes to keep the team running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Enjoys being on the phone and is comfortable making lead generation calls
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
