This role focuses on building and maintaining a strong provider network while ensuring contracts align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and negotiate contracts with hospitals, physicians, medical groups, and ancillary service providers

Recruit and develop a regional provider network strategy aligned with access, quality, and cost objectives

Identify, evaluate, and engage potential provider partners

Lead contract negotiations to achieve unit cost targets and meet organizational and regulatory goals

Oversee provider setup and contract configuration to ensure accurate claims processing

Monitor provider performance, quality metrics, and financial outcomes related to contracted agreements

Support and track provider credentialing activities

Organize and facilitate provider focus groups and engagement initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams and contracted providers to ensure ongoing contract compliance

Support implementation and maintenance of provider agreements across operational areas

Travel up to 25% as required

Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with all organizational policies and standards
