Responsibilities
Partner closely with the legal team and C-suite on regulatory strategy, licensing, and complex commercial initiatives
Own and drive the firm’s U.S. regulatory posture, including state-level money transmission, lending frameworks, and digital asset–specific authorizations
Act as a strategic business advisor, delivering practical, commercially focused legal guidance informed by deep market expertise
Lead negotiation and execution of a broad range of commercial agreements across trading, liquidity provision, and custody services
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product and risk teams to enable new products, document operational flows, and manage regulatory touchpoints
Manage key external advisors and counsel, ensuring effective coordination on regulatory matters
Qualification
Required
7 to 12 years of experience
Senior leadership role serving as U.S. legal lead within a globally expanding digital assets platform
Partner closely with the legal team and C-suite on regulatory strategy, licensing, and complex commercial initiatives
Own and drive the firm's U.S. regulatory posture, including state-level money transmission, lending frameworks, and digital asset–specific authorizations
