They are seeking a highly motivated Junior Trading Analyst to support their Structured Credit Products desk, where the candidate will assist senior traders and enhance trading performance while optimizing portfolio strategies.

Responsibilities

Assist senior traders with trade execution across RMBS, ABS, CLOs and related structured products

Monitor daily market activity, pricing, spreads, and liquidity conditions as well as generate trade ideas across securitized products

Maintain trade blotters, position reports, and P&L tracking

Support pre-trade and post-trade processes, including allocations and confirmations

Track market trends, dealer runs, BWICs, and secondary market flows

Assist in evaluating relative value opportunities across securitized sectors

Analyze and model collateral performance, deal structures, and cash-flow characteristics

Help monitor portfolio exposures, concentrations, and risk limits

Assist in daily and weekly risk reporting

Flag market or position-level developments that may impact portfolio performance

Work closely with trading and operations on settlements, allocations, compliance and risk management

Assist with data gathering and analysis for investment committee discussions

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

Interest in markets/trading, research, or credit structuring

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel

Experience with Python, VBA, or SQL a plus

High attention to detail with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
