Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for clinical and laboratory data
Work with LIMS and related data sources to model, transform, and visualize data accurately
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective analytics solutions
Develop robust data models and DAX calculations to support reliable reporting
Optimize report performance, usability, and scalability
Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and compliance expectations
Collaborate with junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed
Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automation
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience
Experience working with clinical data in life sciences or healthcare environments
LIMS experience required
Strong skills in: Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
DAX and data modeling
SQL and data transformation
Experience working in regulated environments
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive work to completion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear, effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience supporting data integrations or system migrations
Familiarity with clinical or laboratory data standards
Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
