Office Administrator
NEEDS Center is a nonprofit organization that provides services for adults with developmental disabilities. As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of aiding adults with autism by ensuring smooth daily operations and managing office administration tasks.

Responsibilities
Serve as department receptionist and primary point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations
Assisting with office administration including handling & distributing incoming mail/packages, maintain office inventory, photocopying/scanning, assist with ordering supplies
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Help organize and maintain departmental office operations
Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office administration roles; administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, and data entry tools
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent phone etiquette
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
