Comrise is seeking a relentless and results-driven Executive Search Recruiter who specializes in headhunting top-tier talent across all levels. The role involves identifying and engaging passive candidates for high-impact roles, utilizing strategic industry mapping and advanced sourcing techniques to fill tough-to-fill positions.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end search for high-impact roles using precision headhunting and poaching techniques to engage top-tier passive talent who aren't currently looking for a move
Perform strategic industry mapping and conduct deep-dive research into competitor organizations to identify exactly where the "hidden" talent is located
Targeted sourcing of candidates with niche skill sets and rare industry-vertical experience that standard recruitment methods and job boards often miss
Master multi-channel sourcing by going beyond traditional platforms to utilize "cold" outreach, professional networks, and deep-web sourcing for a robust candidate pipeline
Conduct advanced candidate assessments and rigorous screenings to ensure every prospect meets the exact technical specifications and cultural fit required for the role
Act as a high-level consultant to both candidates and stakeholders, providing expert advice on market trends, competitive compensation, and talent availability
Consistently close tough-to-fill roles across all levels, ensuring the organization’s growth through high-quality, high-impact placements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2–3 years of specialized experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a heavy focus on headhunting or executive search rather than just processing inbound applications
Demonstrated success in 'tough-to-fill' mandates, with a proven track record of placing high-scarcity talent in competitive markets, from niche individual contributors to executive leadership
Expert-level sourcing skills, including mastery of Boolean search, competitor market mapping, and the use of deep-web sourcing tools to uncover passive candidates
Advanced 'poaching' and persuasion abilities, with a gift for cold-outreach and the ability to articulate complex value propositions to candidates who aren't actively seeking a change
Strong analytical skills in assessing technical expertise and cultural alignment, ensuring candidates are evaluated far beyond what is listed on their resumes
High-level communication and negotiation skills, acting as a sophisticated advisor who can build immediate rapport with high-ranking professionals and demanding stakeholders
Resilience and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority 'hunts' simultaneously without sacrificing quality
International search experience, specifically in cross-border recruitment and navigating different regional talent landscapes
