5–7+ years of practical professional experience supporting application integration use cases, with strong emphasis on Apache Kafka (not just Confluent)
Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and integrating real-world solutions using Apache Kafka and Flink — with focus on use cases beyond just provisioning clusters
Ability to consult on architectural designs, patterns, and integration strategies with internal stakeholders across multiple technology domains
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience documenting solution designs, patterns, and architectural decisions
