Responsibilities

Proposal/Pitch Development – Draft, refine, and elevate written content that meets the expectations of sophisticated clients across a variety of industries. This includes managing communications with prospective clients throughout the proposal process and overseeing senior review of all deliverables to ensure final products reflect Narrative’s highest standards and best thinking

Pipeline Operations, Analysis & Continuous Improvement – Maintain and present pipeline data to inform decision‑making and strategic planning, including identifying emerging trends and gathering/interpreting prospect feedback

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Quality Control – coordinate inputs across teams to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions to prospective clients

Team Development – provide direction, mentorship, and support to junior team members working on proposals or pipeline operations, and model clear communication, high standards, and a culture of ongoing improvement across the team
