Corporate Partnership Associate

The Detroit Lions are seeking a Corporate Partnership Associate to assist with partner-related activities and event coordination. This role involves supporting the Sales, Solutions, and Partnership Marketing processes, as well as managing sponsorship activation at home games and other events.

Responsibilities

Assist with support of the Sales, Solutions and Partnership Marketing process, including development of sponsorship proposals and partnership marketing materials
Gather and prepare digital and social analytics reports for distribution at the conclusion of campaigns/events and assist in the production of year-end partnership reviews
Coordinate with game-day photographer for the day’s shot list and maintain archive of game photos
Work all Detroit Lions homes games, training camp and partner-related events, where applicable
Manage pre-game sideline access credential distribution process
Manage sweepstakes fulfillment process, in coordination with Partnership Marketing team, Legal and Data Governance team(s)
Assist in coordination of game day fulfillment including setting up Pride Plaza, Fan Caves, Fan Tunnel, Alumni Suite visits and in-stadium promotions (ex. rolling t-shirts, lucky rows, giveaways, trivia, etc.)
Work with other internal departments to assist Sales, Solutions and Partnership Marketing in developing and executing programs that support departmental programs and elements
Assist in trafficking of all partnership media spots and inventory, including radio and TV

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Sport Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications or related field
Ability to work interdepartmentally as part of the greater Lions team
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
Understanding of primary social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, YouTube)
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to consistently present themselves with professionalism, poise and maturity
An energetic, proactive and self-motivated attitude
Comfortable speaking with professional athletes, coaches, and partners in a work setting
Demonstrates a commitment to seeing tasks through
Quickly and easily identifies problems and in addition, works diligently independently or in a team structure to provide solutions
