Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
Lead consultative discovery to understand business challenges and priorities
Position tailored solutions across sales incentives, employee engagement, and recognition technology
Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers and influencers
Deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
Negotiate and close strategic B2B SaaS deals
Track pipeline and performance to inform next steps
Qualification
Required
Proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales
Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling
Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
Comfort engaging executives and cross-functional stakeholders
