Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater treatment plant projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, change management, and billing
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Manage and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers
Coordinate procurement of major equipment and long-lead items specific to treatment plant construction
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of construction project management experience, with significant focus on water/wastewater treatment plants
Experience delivering large, complex municipal or industrial treatment projects for a general contractor
Strong understanding of treatment processes, heavy civil construction, and mechanical systems
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar project budgets and schedules
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel or relocate for national project assignments as needed
