The role involves preparing financial statements, conducting account reconciliations, and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
1-3 years of experience in accounting within the automotive industry required
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with ADP preferred
CPA certification or CPA candidate a plus
