Responsibilities

Drive acquisition growth and innovation by partnering with American Express, agency partners, and internal Delta teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and offers to acquire new Co-Brand customers—including identifying opportunities, building business cases, and delivering presentations to key stakeholders
Manage end-to-end paid media for Co-Brand acquisitions:
Collaborate with agency partners to develop media recommendations and creative assets
Lead project management with both internal and external partners to ensure proper prioritization, and to successfully plan and launch marketing campaigns on time
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative/messaging and ensure it is in alignment with current Delta initiatives and is developed in a timely manner
Oversee campaign execution and monitor performance to identify future opportunities
Learn, stay on the cusp of new platforms and tools, and educate key stakeholders on new trends, and technology to increase marketing conversions
Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders internally

Required

Minimum of 2 years related work experience
Must be passionate about marketing and creative and excited by developing new channel strategies and executing plans to drive results
Ideal candidate will be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and experience working on multiple projects at once
Experience working in paid media and/or creative project management with knowledge of various marketing channels is highly desired
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience leading and project managing cross-divisional projects is strongly preferred
Experience developing creative assets on either the agency or client side is highly preferred
