Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects related to test systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Oversee the execution of test cases in R&S, Anritsu, Keysight and Starpoint TE setups, ensuring thorough testing and validation
Conduct log analysis for test setups to identify issues and provide actionable insights for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project test schedule for customer devices, objectives, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project documentation, including test plans, reports, and status updates
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Mentor and guide junior team members in project management best practices and technical skills

Required

Proven track record in scheduling test requests for multiple customer devices with 100% of TE utilization
Proven experience in handling test systems from R&S, Anritsu, Keysight, Starpoint
Strong knowledge of Cellular, GNSS, Bluetooth, and WiFi technologies
Expertise in log analysis for test setups
Hands-on experience in device testing
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in device test systems and functional testing

Preferred

Familiarity with Agile, SDLC project management methodologies
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
