Responsibilities
Lead month-end financial close activities, including variance analysis and performance reporting
Develop, maintain, and improve financial models and forecasts for business planning
Support the annual operating plan, multi‑year forecast, and quarterly forecast cycles
Provide business partnering to leadership teams with data-driven recommendations
Analyze key financial and operational trends to identify risks and opportunities
Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages
Conduct ad‑hoc financial modeling to support investment decisions, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic initiatives
Improve and streamline financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with internal controls and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, financial systems)
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to synthesize complex data and present insights clearly
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
MBA, CPA, or CFA certification
Experience with NetSuite, Global Shop, Microsoft
MFG experience
