Customer Service Representative - Storehouse
Adelante Development Center, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve the community at their Storehouse New Mexico food pantry. This role involves providing administrative and customer service support to individuals and families in need, ensuring smooth operations and assistance to customers and donors.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and answer phones with professionalism and warmth
Support customers and donors, answer questions, and help resolve concerns
Handle general clerical tasks like filing, scheduling, and data entry
Maintain office equipment and supplies
Prepare and submit basic reports and documentation
Run errands and deliver paperwork to other locations as needed
Jump in to help with other tasks as they come up—no two days are the same
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Customer Service experience and at least one year recent experience utilizing Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) applications required
One (1) year experience in general clerical duties required including receptionist duties and customer service responsibilities required
Must pass background/fingerprint screening and pre-employment drug screening
Must have an insurable driving record and must possess a valid NM driver's license
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, stand, walk, bend, stoop and carry frequently
Must be able to climb 5 ft., reach above shoulders, balance, push/pull, occasionally
Must be able to work in a busy, fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment, may be exposed to combative clients
Preferred
