Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end sales process for RPO, MSP, Total Talent, and SOW solutions
Assemble and motivate cross-functional 'accelerator teams' (Bid, Solution Design, Legal, and Finance) to win multi-country contracts
Act as a key advisor to our Chief Growth Officer and EVP of Global Enterprise Sales to shape scalable talent concepts
Leverage our 'Where2Play' strategy to become a subject matter expert in specific industry verticals, using data and intelligence to identify whitespace
Partner with RevOps and our Innovation teams to co-create tech-enabled solutions that solve the world's most pressing talent shortages
Qualification
Required
4+ years of proven success in global solution sales or account management, specifically within the recruitment or HR tech industry
Demonstrated ability to build deep, long-lasting relationships with executive leadership at multinational corporations
Experience using data analytics to inform commercial strategies and a deep understanding of regional cultural nuances
A 'team-first' mentality with the ability to lead diverse stakeholders across different time zones and specializations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
