Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to evaluate and document existing business processes
Identify gaps and gather business requirements to enhance current workflows
Support requirements documentation, modeling, and diagramming, as well as UAT planning and coordination
Lead working sessions and ask probing questions to clarify unclear workflows
Hybrid schedule with onsite presence required at least two days a week
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 2 years on IT projects
Experience in state government or public sector projects
Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements
Strong skills in mapping and analyzing existing processes
Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops
Familiarity with process diagramming and business modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io
