Responsibilities
Manage and support core HR processes within Workday and/or SAP, including employee lifecycle transactions, HR reporting, data quality, and documentation management
Maintain and process HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Monitor and administer data quality reports; identify, analyze, and correct data errors
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation opportunities
Maintain up-to-date process documentation and ensure adherence to defined HR processes and internal policies
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, controls, and governance standards
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders (Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and others) to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Deliver system and process training to new hires and internal partners
Respond to stakeholder inquiries related to Workday data processing and HR reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with global HRConnect teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in an HR environment
Strong hands-on expertise with Workday and/or SAP (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree required (strong preference for Human Resources or related field)
Proven experience with HR data management, reporting, and process dependencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate results
Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience in project management is considered a plus
