Business Development Specialist
HOMEstretch is a company that helps homeowners and real estate agents prepare homes for the market. They are seeking a Business Development Specialist to build relationships with real estate professionals and grow the company's local presence.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages to drive referrals and grow the HOMEstretch brand
Book and lead office presentations for realtors and other referral partners
Prospect and cold call to introduce HOMEstretch services and schedule meetings
Represent HOMEstretch in the community at networking events, meet & greets, and industry gatherings
Consult with homeowners and agents to understand needs and recommend HOMEstretch services to get properties market-ready
Prepare and follow up on quotes, helping move opportunities from interest to signed work
Partner closely with the owners to shape how we grow and win in your market
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales or customer-facing roles (inside or outside sales, account management, etc.)
A true 'people person' who enjoys meeting new contacts, both in person and over the phone
Reliable and punctual – you show up on time and prepared for every meeting
Strong communicator who responds quickly to calls, texts, and emails
Enjoys problem-solving and working with clients to find the right solution
Comfortable in a start-up style environment where you take initiative and figure things out
Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a bias toward action
Preferred
Experience in real estate, home services, or related fields is a plus, but not required. Active real estate agents need to put their licenses in escrow prior to working with HOMEstretch
