Deliver Exceptional Customer Support by serving as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and with a customer-first mindset

Support Inside Sales Operations by assisting the Inside Sales Team with order entry, quotes, and follow-up communications to streamline workflow

Develop Professional Skills and Industry Knowledge by demonstrating growth in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, preparing for advancement within Cadmet’s Inside Sales and Operations teams

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Assist customers with product information, order entry, and status updates

Support sales initiatives by preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
