Responsibilities
Own a defined DFW territory
Run the full sales cycle using our proven Outside Sales framework
Drive first-time appointments (FTAs)
Manage a tight PBR (Prospective Business Report)
Advance deals through a structured, predictable process
Work cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and delivery leaders to ensure consistent new MRR growth and a clean, accurate pipeline
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years selling IT, MSP, security, SaaS, or similar services
Experience as a B2B closer
Ability to excel in a structured playbook environment
Clear communication skills
Strong discipline in forecasting, territory management, and follow-through
Ability to thrive in a culture built for high accountability and zero drama
