Administrative Assistant
IFG - International Financial Group is seeking an experienced Administrative / Executive Support professional to support senior leadership at their CSCP Austin site. This high-visibility role focuses on executive calendar management, travel coordination, and onsite team operations.
Responsibilities
Manage two senior leader calendars, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities
Coordinate domestic & international travel
Process and approve expenses accurately and on time
Support All Hands, leadership offsites, team trainings, and morale events
Handle onboarding/offboarding, new hire setup, and office moves
Track and manage discretionary budgets
Maintain distribution lists, employee data, and training compliance
Provide onsite admin support for the Austin office
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive support experience
Strong calendar management, organization, and coordination skills
Ability to work onsite 3 days/week in Austin (mandatory)
Ability to lift at least 10 lbs (equipment setup)
Available to start quickly
Preferred
Prior experience supporting senior leaders in a tech or enterprise environment
Previous Microsoft experience (preferred, not required)
