Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities

Perform market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and potential risks

Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant data

Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for internal review and client discussions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment strategies and portfolio management plans

Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting investments

Support senior team members in negotiations and transaction processes

Required

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analysis tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, or similar platforms

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output
