Responsibilities

Perform in-depth analysis of revenue, expenses, profitability, and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Develop and manage seasonal budgets and forecasting models
Create decision-support tools including mock budgets, cost-benefit analyses, and opportunity-cost evaluations
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Continuously evaluate business models and processes; recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Partner regularly with department leaders to review performance and metrics
Build and maintain automated reporting and executive dashboards
Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Support reporting, analytics, and system-based data needs across the organization
Support billing and scheduling-related analysis as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or FP&A
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, dashboards; VBA a plus but not required)
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Experience building dashboards and executive-level reporting
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships
Ethical, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
Adaptable and comfortable in a changing, fast-paced environment

Preferred

MBA or Master's preferred
Power BI experience preferred
