Responsibilities

Sell two of the highest quality brands in the world of welding – Rockmount and Optrel
Provide customers with the most innovative welding helmets and safety equipment
Develop longlasting customer relationships and provide the best problem-solving and technical support to the people that you serve

Required

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle willing to use for work purposes
Proven sales experience is a plus (but not required). We're looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial, go-getter mindset who are money-motivated and enjoy the flexibility of owning their schedule/client book
Previous experience in welding/mechanical is a plus, but not required. We will teach you everything there is to know!
Must be eligible to pass a background check
Eligible to work in the U.S. and must not require work visa sponsorship now or in the future
Strong sales skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building. Excellent communication skills
Physical requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Must be willing to travel within 2-3+ hours of your location
