Responsibilities
Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Assist Supply Chain Finance with cost tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring
Develop and maintain financial reports using Excel and Power BI
Build foundational knowledge of enterprise financial systems and planning tools
Prepare for potential long-term placement within the finance organization
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
Support scenario modeling and financial performance tracking
Help maintain reporting templates and financial models
Track and analyze supply chain costs including freight, inventory, and procurement
Prepare cost reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making
Assist in monitoring supply chain KPIs and financial trends
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
Perform ad hoc financial analysis under the guidance of senior analysts and managers
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across reports
Analyze large datasets using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts
Build and maintain basic financial models and reporting tools
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards while learning DAX and visualization best practices
Monthly FP&A and Supply Chain Finance support reports
Quarterly forecast updates and variance analyses
Excel-based financial models and reporting tools
Power BI dashboards used by finance and business teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, large data sets)
Basic knowledge of Power BI with a strong willingness to learn advanced features
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Anaplan or other financial planning tools
Exposure to Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems
Awareness of Visual CFin or financial consolidation/close systems
Experience or interest in Asteryx or similar planning platforms
